This executive 4 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms was built in 2001 and is situated in the prestigious Eagle Ridge development. It has just become available as a vacation rental in 2005 and has been newly furnished throughout. This home has been furnished to a high standard.
This home has the luxury of two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and patio doors that lead straight out onto the pool deck. There are two additional bedrooms with the third bathroom situated between them. One of the twin bedrooms has Mickey Mouse pencil sketches with an X box play module to keep the children amused. A sofa bed is available in the living room providing accommodations for up to 10 guests in total. The dining area will seat six in comfort and there is also a breakfast bar with bar stools which can seat four people. Or if you prefer to dine out ~ major restaurants and attractions are only a short drive away.
The south facing private pool enjoys the best of the Florida sun during the day with magnificent sun sets in the evenings. When you have had a busy day out, what better way to relax than to come home to your own private pool with it's under water illumination or relax on the luxury pool lounges in the evening sun and watch the sun set. It is the perfect end to a perfect day.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and range as well as all the kitchen gadgets and utensils that you could ever imagine and would expect to find in a home of this quality. This home also features a full size washer and dryer, ironing facilities, Cable TV with Video/DVD player and all needed towels and bed linens are supplied. The home is smoke free and pets are not permitted. Check in is 4:00 p.m. & Check out is 10:00 a.m.

Eagle Ridge has its own golf course for those who want one of the best golfing courses that are available in Central Florida. This 6,500 yard course which is kept in pristine condition was originally designed by Greg Norman. At the end of your round of golf there is a bar and grill with a communal pool and children’s play area.
Eagle Ridge with its tree lined main driveway is well situated within central Florida. There are grocers, pharmacy, fast food and department stores within just minutes. Disney being only 10 minutes away.
